Finals For the [First] Projects

So this week is my finals for the Bangkok poster and the Inventor Brochure...both of these projects have been infuriating and fun, but I'll be glad they're done with. I'll be using both for my portfolio though (which is due in three weeks--YIKES!) which is good.

So I love the white on the magenta. And I changed the logo to be all white to match, because their original colors were hideous. I'm not actually entering the poster in the contest though because I highly doubt I'd win, and the CD had to be mailed in for November 30th. My computer doesn't even burn cds right now. But I'm really happy with this. Maybe someday I'll even add more to it...little swirlies and such.

Ok so I know these pages aren't in order like they were before. I didn't feel like cropping them. These are just the spreads (I set them up to print, rather than individual pages). I also didn't repost the Zelda/Mario insert because I really didn't make change (a few minor ones, not worth posting). I know the margins look wicked wonky but thats because the printers at work don't line up when you do double sided, so I was trying to accomdate that. In a perfect world, the margins I set up would work just fine. Again, not something major since this isn't being sent to a real printer or anything. Though Goldstein did suggest that I send the ICA a copy, just in case they found it interesting. Maybe I'll do that...

But now I have to start thinking about how I'm going to lay out the poster so that it goes with the brochure, yet stands alone as it's own piece. What can I doooooo?
