This was a form that someone brought in and they needed more printed, but they also needed the company information changed. So I scanned it in...

And then recreated it in Illustrator. That might seem really boring to some people, because all I'm doing is creating lines and boxes to match the original...but I really enjoy doing that.

This is another instance of recreating a logo. He needed a massive amount of his letterhead printed, but he also needed changes. When I scanned the image, his logo looked horrible. Since it was just a few shapes, I recreated it (in Illustrator of course) and it looks much sharper now.

Andrea is a really nice lady (though I haven't seen her since she picked up her cards) and she had designed her blog (on this site I believe) using the layout with the green and yellow dots. She wanted a business card to match, so eventually this is what we came up with. Going vertical was her idea, and I think it worked out well. Only thing is...she forgot to add her phone number...and I thought that was intentional so I didn't say anything. Naturally after the order was placed and couldn't be cancelled she called me and asked about adding her phone number. Now I know just to suggest it if I ever see that someone is leaving it out. I'm a big fan of simple, modern designs when it comes to business cards.

This is a project I did for practice. A couple guys came in and wanted this image on a postcard. Obviously this is all folded and it looks horrible. So I practiced using the tools in Photoshop

And I "healed" Jesus! (Hahaha, bad joke, that most of you probably won't get...but the tool I used in Photoshop is called the healing brush!), It probably took a total of 30-45 minutes, but it was good practice. I think I did a good job, and it can't hurt to hone your photo-retouching skills.

Until next time, au revoir!
they all look really cool camilley! i like that you healed Jesus! :)
