[Small] Update

Just made a few changes to my posters for Advanced Graphics...

So I think I like the magent background better. I enjoy the delicate version, though I like how some aspects look filled in...I also made all the line widths bigger in the second version. I think after hearing what my classmates have to say, I might leave the line width very light, but fill in the circles and hearts...any thoughts on the filled in type verses just the outlines?

The only thing I changed was the text at the bottom...trying to make it more interesting. I sort of like this one (it's still not what I envisioned...though I'm not sure what is), though others seem to like it more...

Trying to make this one more interesting, though I don't think I'll show it to the class. I think the final two will be Heart's Desire and Looking for Love. I'll let this one fall to the wayside. I like the idea (and I love the font I'm using for the faces), but I don't have the energy to really push it far enough.

Any thoughts?

Perhaps tomorrow I'll post what I have done with my brochure. I'm not very pleased with it at the moment and really can't stand to look at it any more today. The thought of converting it to PNGs (or JPEGs, whatever) makes me want to kick things. Stupid brochure...

  1. hmmm, for the Hearts Desire, I like the thicker lines, and I like some of the circles filled in, like the ones at the tip of the leafy-things on the top, or the ones that are in a line on the edge of the heart in the bottom middle, but the ones that fill in the little hanging things with the heart I guess could seem too heavy? and the curly thing in the middle at the bottom... when I first saw it I liked all of it, but after reading your thoughts about it looked at it more closely, so idk now

  2. I kinda think it would look cool with the words filled in solid per the second version but your heart design left "delicate" as in the first version.
